Register as an ‘auditioning’ teaching artist to show off your skills for over 20 theatre education organizations.. There is also an option to just join for the networking lunch.

“There was definitely that feeling of auditioning and yet it was such a unique format because you really got to show, unlike in most normal interview settings, not only how you work with your class but how you work with your coworkers,” Halli Gibson recalls in, “An Open Call Connects Teaching Artists To Employers,” by Rotimi Agbabiaka for Theatre Bay Area.

A collection of Bay Area theatre companies and arts education organizations, Teaching Artist Guild (TAG), and the Arts Education Alliance Bay Area, are combining efforts to host this event. We are seeking theatre artists of various levels of experience with students of all ages (K-Adult), and we particularly encourage bilingual teaching artists and teaching artists of color to apply.
